Your requests will be top priority for our team to handle and deliver to you quickly with a dedicated Graphic Designer at your service each month.
Included each of the packages are our support team to help if you have any issues with the platform, discounted printing services, and the option to add on our Brand Box Service to manage your designs where you can share, download, comment and print them on demand. This is a great way to eliminate storage issues on your computer and find what you are looking for quickly.
Additional services will be added per client demand. If you don’t see the project you are looking for in our list, send us a request. Our team will add it to our client wishlist.

When submitting a new request, please log into your account. Click on the Design Request link and fill out the form and upload any supporting images that may be needed to complete your project. If you have any problems with submitting your request, please email [email protected] and our team will get back with you as soon as possible.
For our Design Box Basic, only 1 active project at a time. This means you will need to approve the current project before we move on to the next one. Upgrade your subscription if you need more active projects.
Our Brand Box subscription service is included with your package at a monthly cost. You will have the option to decline this service at checkout. This subscription has been added to better manage your designs so you can easily access, share, print, and download your files when needed.
To access your Brand Space, log into your account and go to your dashboard. Click on your Brand Box Subscription link in the navigation and log into your folder.
At this time single sign-on is not avaiable.
When you submit a new request, remember to provide as much detail as possible so our designers can get started as soon as possible.
When you upload any images, be sure that they are high resolution (300dpi for print, 72dpi for web) to assure the clarity of your image. Larger images are better to use if we need to reduce the size. When enlarging small images, you will lose quality in the image and it may come out pixelated or blurry.
Per our terms and conditions, each member agrees that they have rights and/or ownership of any content and files submitted for use. WEIN is not responsible for any copyright issues when using files received by the client.
When providing comments about your project, be as clear as possible and provide direction for our designers to make the appropriate changes.
You will own rights to the design created. Any design projects we create for you will have rights that are transferred to you upon receiving your final payment. Any premium stock images that we may use will adhere to the copyright policy stated on the stock photography site.
Typical turnaround time for projects is 3-5 business days from the time we receive all content and images. Rush service is available for a 1-3 business day turnaround time depending on the Scope Of Work.
We do not have any hidden fees. Everything will be spelled out in your agreement or you can also view our terms and conditions. If you decide to use any premium stock photography or 3rd-party services that has a fee associated with it, you will be notified immediately before we proceed.
Yes! We have a special rate for any retainer accounts that we set up. You will also get top priority on completing your projects and more perks. Speak to one of our project managers for more information.
