Project Status

Your project is being tracked from the moment you make your first payment. In this membership area, you will be able to view the progress of your project, see service features, upload and submit information to our team.

1. Log into your account by clicking on the Log In link at the top of the navigation bar.

2. Enter your email address and password to log in. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" link.

3. You will be taken to your Member Dashboard where you can view all of your subscriptions and instructions based on the service you have purchased. You will see an additional navigation menu on the sidebar to the left. Click on the Project Status link and you will launch a new tab in your browser to Smartsheets.

4. In this tab you will see a spreadsheet with your open and proofed projects. You can see the current status, start and due dates to assure we are on schedule with your project. A project manager will communicate with you directly if there are any delays in your project or if additional information is required. If you have any proofs that are out, please check your email for the notification you should have received to access the preview.

You will have the option to change the view or print the sheet with your projects for your own records. If there are any additional columns that you would need, please contact your project manager and they will add additional columns you can view.
