Managing Account

You can manage your account by logging in and clicking on Orders, Account Details or view your project by clicking on the Project Status link in the sidebar navigation. Here are a few steps you can follow

1. Go to and click on the Login link in the top navigation bar.

2. Log into your account using your email address and the password that you created when setting up your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on Forgot Password to reset it.

3. On your Member Dashboard, you will see additional navigation links on the sidebar to the left. The middle section is where content will be placed about your account or project. The first page you see after login in should be information regarding your membership on our website. Click on Account Details to view and update your personal information.

4. On the Account Details page, you will be able to update your profile imageon your own. To update your Email or Business Name, you will need to email support so our team can verify the changes being made.

When uploading your profile picture, please use a .jpg, .jpeg, .png, or .gif file. The minimum dimensions is 96 x 96 pixels. Your profile picture is only visible to our internal staff and on your profile. This information will not be shared.

5. Additional links are available to manage your projects as well. Each service you purchase may add additional links to your profile. If you have any problems accessing or viewing your account, please contact support for further information.
